RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We cheerfully accept returns that are:
- not used, with new condition and present some manufactory issue;
- with proof of purchase (receipt by e-mail or SMS)
- contacted by e-mail within 14 days of delivery or pick up at store;
- returned the item back within 30 days of delivery or pick up at store.
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for:
- Customised or personalised items
- Orders with items on sale
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations but kindly let us know if there is any issue with your order.
Item is made to order and will be dispatched within 2-3 business days from payment confirmation. We’ll use for local Australia shipping the standard shipping via post office. It varies by weight and it starts at AU$8.30 shipping from Perth to anywhere in Australia.The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Delivery will take up to 10+ business days. On occasion, some shipments may take longer than 20 business days. This will depend on the postal services in your area.
When you purchase from our shop, the standard post does not provide a tracking number, so we recommend you purchase tracking to avoid any issues with shipping.
